THE ULTIMATE FRISBEE
this is a disc game played with 7 in a team.. it is more like a rugby but the players should not touch eachother, a foul, so no risk in play !!
it is played in a rectangular pitch with a goal line at each end, like soccer, the disc is passed among team mates and the player who catches the disc should throw without moving, the opponents try to snatch... for more rules and gameplay click the link
